Program Sustainability:
As a novel social idea, COAP enable the students to make right informed decisions while choosing their academic career after passing their intermediate. Through this program, we endeavor to create awareness about different career opportunities and their future prospects. Moreover, we aim to provide information on scholarship offerings by the best universities of Pakistan and abroad. We believe that the initiative will be beneficial for the students in choosing their career and also augment the importance of education in our community.
Expenses:
The cost at the day of event would be meager but most of the cost would be pre-event which include marketing and promotion. This is necessary because this event is first of its kind ever organized in the area and to have an impact, we would need effective marketing for promotion so that we could arrest the attention of our target audience.
Number of expected audience for our event will be around 300. However, we will also visit different academic institutions which include colleges, schools, coaching centers etc to invite the students and teachers directly. So the marketing strategy for your organization through our event “COAP” is not just bounded to the seminar day, it will cover the town as a whole.
The approximate event cost sums up to Rs. 40, 000/= including the monetary and non monetary support from your organization.
